Two collapsible carrying handles allow the basket to be moved and stored easily. The cream lining is machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius which allows the basket to stay looking nice. Absolutely beautiful for such a reasonable price. I bought this to build my own 'hamper' as a gift for someone and couldn't be happier. The lining looks to be linen and the basket is light but sturdily made. Very pleased :)
