This review is regarding a replacement for a faulty item. (Absolutely brilliant customer service from doss. Replacement received within 24 hours!!!!!)This is an absolutely fantastic speaker. It connects easily to my echo dot. It has substantial weight and feels very sturdy. The controls are very simple and are very responsive without being overly so. I haven't tried using the sd card yet but will do so asap and will update.The sound is extremely crisp and clear with rich bass and sharp treble with subtle mid range. Unlike some other speakers, it's not too overloaded with bass this allowing music to be played loud without shaking the house.To sum up, this speaker is the perfect accompaniment for a phone (you can accept calls et c using the play/pause button) or tablet or echo device or tv. It also comes supplied with a usb charger and is packaged well. Would definitely recommend this speaker and any other doss speakers. Great product and great company!!!!
